Is the program for everybody?
 

Absolutely not! We have to follow specific laws and statutes and dot every "i" and cross every "t". This program is NOT for owners of property that want to sell their house and expect to get any cash at closing.

Their 'trade secret' is amazing. At first the lender (Fannie Mae) rejected the Foreclosure Away Program. But then Foreclosure Away's attorney got involved and Fannie Mae Agreed to everything. The best part is Fannie Mae's attorney actually stated in writing it would be reported to the credit bureau as a 'voluntary conveyance', would not mention foreclosure, and that no 1099 would be issued! This program is unbelievable!
