How do I qualify?

You must meet the following criteria:

  1. Have only one mortgage.  You can be current on your payments, behind on your payments, or even in foreclosure.  It does not matter.

  2. You agree to leave the house vacant.

  3. You agree to leave the house clean.

  4. You warrant there are no other encumbrances on the home.

  5. Your house must be in Arizona.

Will you work with anyone? No.... but we are very easy to get along with. If you meet the requirements above we can probably work together. But there are a few exceptions:

  1. If you have just refinanced your home and not made any/many payments we will not work with you.  Why not?  It's possible that if you pulled out money when you refinanced and if you walk away it could be considered mortgage fraud.  We are not interested in being involved in such scenarios.

  2. If you are a pain in the keester we will not work with you.  We have created a streamlined process that is fast and efficient.  What we do is hard to explain and kind of like explaining how an internal combustion engine works.  The odds are your most interested in knowing that if you press on the gas pedal you will go faster instead of knowing the intricate details.  Another way of looking things: If you need open heart surgery you want to go to the best heart surgeon possible to get the job done right.  Do you want to ask the trained specialist 20 questions and risk dying in the waiting room or have him do what is needed right away and live?  We're the foreclosure away doctors... same scenario.

  3. If our schedules permit. What we do is very specialized and requires our personal time as well as the company's attorney.  It is not something that can be done by just anyone or in mass numbers.  So if we are too busy we turn people away to better serve our existing customers.
